Full Job Description
EY is seeking a Senior Security Consultant for its Risk Consulting team, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role involves executing deliverables on various global IAM projects, establishing and strengthening relationships with clients and internal teams, and identifying business opportunities. The consultant will also be responsible for anticipating and mitigating risks within engagements.
The opportunity lies in working on diverse IAM projects for a global clientele. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of work adheres to EY's standards and will contribute to a positive learning environment by coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities include contributing to IAM projects, working collaboratively within a team, executing engagement requirements, and reviewing work. You will also prepare client reports, develop productive client relationships, and build internal EY networks. The role involves contributing to people initiatives, including recruitment and retention of IAM professionals, and managing performance for direct reports.
Successful candidates will possess at least 2-3 years of experience in IAM solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, Saviynt, and OIM. Expertise in leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of IGA products is crucial. Hands-on experience with application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access reviews is required. A strong understanding of IAM policies and procedures, coupled with the ability to manage complex IAM projects, is essential. Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are preferred.
Skills in SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, OIM, and Saviynt are key. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), REST APIs, JSON, Java, SQL, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, Ruby) is advantageous. Experience with global security standards (PCI, SOX, HIPAA) and prior experience in managing organizations of varying sizes and working with remote global teams are also beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer orientation skills are required.
Certifications such as SailPoint Engineer, ITIL, CISSP, or CISA are desirable.
Qualifications include a B.Tech./B.E. degree with sound technical skills, strong command of English, and experience in IAM domains. Interpersonal and presentation skills are important.
Work requirements include a willingness to travel, be on call, work occasional overtime, and adhere to shift work as needed.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up IAM environments in standalone and cluster configurations, and development experience with provisioning workflows, triggers, rules, and tool customization.
Working at EY offers opportunities for personal development through education and coaching, alongside practical experience. You will have an individual progression plan, grow into responsible roles, and work in an environment that emphasizes high quality and knowledge exchange. EY provides support, coaching, and feedback, opportunities for skill development and career progression, and the flexibility to manage your role.
