Key Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong understanding of information security principles and in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and emerging trends.
• Analyze client business environments to propose effective IAM solutions.
• Provide hands-on development experience with provisioning workflows, triggers, rules, and tool customization.
• Engage in hands-on SailPoint migration projects.
• Experience in User Access Certification development and testing is considered a valuable asset.
• Design use cases, create Solution Requirements Specifications, and map business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix).
• Contribute to Architecture Design, optimizing resource utilization such as servers and load balancing.
• Successfully complete at least one full IAM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) engagement, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Deliver IT projects, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, detailed technical design, development, and leading solution delivery.
• Leverage exposure to various programming languages and technologies, including J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of concepts such as self-service, automated approval processes, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.
• Work with both out-of-the-box and custom adapters/interfaces for enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience or knowledge in LDAP, PKI, and SSL is advantageous.
• Apply experience in application integration with IAM solutions.
• Utilize direct client experience and collaborate with client teams in both on-site and offshore capacities.
• Showcase knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Possess high-level networking knowledge.
• Exhibit strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, and technical document writing.
• Exposure to global security standards like PCI, SOX, and HIPAA is a plus.
• Demonstrate prior experience working in remote teams on a global scale.
• Possess strong customer orientation skills.

Certifications:

• SailPoint certification is desirable.
• Certifications in the security domain, such as CISSP and CISA, or any IAM product-specific certifications are preferred.

Education:

• A Bachelor's or college degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

• 2-4 Years of relevant experience.
