EY's Cyber Security team is seeking a motivated Security Analyst / Consultant for its Risk Consulting practice in Kolkata, India. This role will involve engaging in Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects, focusing on the execution of deliverables and contributing to client success. You will actively build and maintain strong relationships with both internal EY teams and external clients, while also identifying potential business opportunities.

A key aspect of this role is to anticipate and identify risks within engagements and communicate any issues to senior team members. You will ensure the highest quality of work, adhering to EY's standards, and contribute to a positive learning environment by coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and providing updates on progress.
• Execute engagement requirements and review the work of junior team members.
• Prepare client-facing reports and schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel and internal EY teams.
• Assist in performance reviews and provide feedback for junior staff.
• Participate in people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals.
• Maintain continuous professional development through ongoing education and training.
• Adhere to workplace policies and procedures.
• Manage performance of direct reports according to organizational policies.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example.
• Train and mentor project resources.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tools.
• Successfully completed 2-5 IAM implementations.
• Solid understanding of Identity Access Management solutions.
• Proficient in Java development and debugging.
• Strong understanding of Java APIs, libraries, methods, and XML.
• Ability to dissect complex problems and design scalable, modular solutions.
• Familiarity with Java Frameworks like Struts or Spring is a plus.
• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic.
• Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL queries.
• Experience in setting up IAM environments (standalone and clustered).
• Hands-on development experience with Provisioning Workflows, triggers, rules, and tool customization.
• Strong understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol).
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Good knowledge of information security standards and regulations.
• Flexibility to learn and work with new technologies in the IAM domain.
• Experience in a techno-functional role for IAM implementation.
• Client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in tool configuration, implementation, and customization.
• Experience deploying web applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to liaise with business stakeholders for requirement clarification and mapping business to technical specifications.
• Experience with use case design, Solution Requirements Specification, and creating traceability matrices.
• Involvement in RFP responses and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech./B.E. degree with strong technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in HTML, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Specific Skills:

• Hands-on development experience with Provisioning and Reconciliation processes in OIM.
• Hands-on experience with Java for OIM customization.
• Experience onboarding applications using OOTB connectors and developing custom connectors.
• Experience with SOA workflows and BI Publisher reports is a bonus.
• Knowledge of user lifecycle management and basic Unix commands.
• Experience with use case design and Solution Requirements Specification for OIM.
• Familiarity with Weblogic servers is desirable.
