The Opportunity

We are seeking a Security Analyst/Consultant for our Risk Consulting team to work on global Identity and Access Management projects. You will be responsible for reporting risks, sharing issues, and ensuring the highest quality of work in line with EY's standards. As an influential team member, you will foster a positive learning culture, coach junior team members, and contribute to their development.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage in and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and updating senior team members on progress.
• Execute engagement requirements and review work by junior team members.
• Prepare reports and schedules for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and across the organization.
• Assist senior team members in performance reviews and provide feedback for junior team members.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals.
• Maintain an ongoing education program to continuously develop personal skills.
• Adhere to workplace policies and procedures.
• Contribute to building a quality culture at GTH.
• Manage performance for direct reports according to organizational policies.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example.
• Provide training and mentoring to project resources.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tools.
• Completed 2-5 IAM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Identity Access Management solutions.
• Hands-on Java development and debugging experience.
• Proficient understanding of Java APIs, libraries, methods, and XML.
• Ability to break down large problems and design modular, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with Java Frameworks (Struts/Spring) is an advantage.
• Experience with application servers like Tomcat and WebLogic.
• Good understanding of RDBMS and SQL queries.
• Experience in setting up IAM environments in standalone and cluster configurations.
• Hands-on development experience with provisioning workflows, triggers, rules, and tool customization.
• Strong understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol).
• Capability to translate business requirements into design.
• Good knowledge of information security standards and regulations.
• Flexibility to work with new technologies in the IAM domain.
• Experience in a techno-functional role for IAM implementation.
• Client-facing experience.
• Expertise in a specific IAM tool, including configuration, implementation, and customization.
• Experience with web application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to liaise with business stakeholders for requirement clarification and mapping business requirements to technical specifications.
• Experience in use case design, Solution Requirements Specification, and creating Traceability Matrices.
• Experience in Architecture Design, including optimizing resources and load sharing.

Involvement in the RFP response team for client pursuits.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong command of verbal and written English.
• Experience in HTML, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

Skills Expertise

• Experience implementing at least two IAM engagements, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support (e.g., SailPoint, OIM, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic).
• Experience with advanced application integration with IAM solutions, including complex provisioning, single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts.
• Experience with technologies such as Java, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.
• Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache).
• Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languages.
• Hands-on development experience, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations.
• Advanced documentation and presentation skills, well-versed in software development lifecycle processes.
• Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof-of-concepts involving emerging IAM technologies.
• Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• CyberArk Trustee, CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry
• ITIL or equivalent

Work Requirements

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Willingness to be on call support and work occasional overtime as required.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
