About the Role
EY is seeking a Security Analyst / Consultant for its Risk Consulting team in Kolkata, India, to work on global Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. This role involves executing project deliverables, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and proactively managing engagement risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and updating senior members on progress.
- Execute engagement requirements and review work performed by junior team members.
- Assist in preparing client-facing reports and schedules.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and internal EY teams.
- Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals.
- Manage performance for direct reports according to organizational policies.
- Foster teamwork and lead by example, including training and mentoring project resources.
- Maintain an ongoing program for personal skill development.
- Understand and adhere to workplace policies and procedures.
- Build a quality culture within the team and organization.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tools (at least 2-5 implementations).
- Strong understanding of IAM solutions.
- Hands-on Java development and debugging experience, including Java APIs, libraries, methods, and XML.
- Ability to dissect complex problems and design modular, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring) is an advantage.
- Experience with application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic.
- Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL queries.
- Experience setting up IAM environments in standalone and cluster configurations.
- Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, rules, and tool customization.
- Strong understanding of LDAP.
- Capability to translate business requirements into design.
- Good knowledge of information security standards and regulations.
- Flexibility to work with new technologies in the IAM domain.
- Experience in a techno-functional role for IAM implementations and client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in tool configuration, implementation, and customization.
- Experience with web application deployment and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to liaise with business stakeholders, clarify requirements, and map them to technical specifications.
- Experience in use case design, Solution Requirements Specification, and creating traceability matrices.
- Architecture design, including resource optimization and load balancing.
- Involvement in RFP response teams for potential client pursuits.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong command of verbal and written English.
- Experience in HTML, JSP, and JavaScript.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
Skills Expertise
- Experience implementing at least two IAM engagements covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support (e.g., SailPoint, OIM, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic).
- Experience with advanced application integration with IAM solutions, including complex provisioning, single sign-on, and PKI concepts.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.
- Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache).
- Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net, or other scripting languages.
- Hands-on development experience, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations.
- Advanced documentation and presentation skills, well-versed with SDLC processes.
- Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and drive proofs of concept for emerging IAM technologies.
- Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- CyberArk Trustee, CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry.
- ITIL or equivalent.
Work Requirements
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Willingness to be on-call support and work occasional overtime.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
