Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse roles including graphic designers, social media specialists, performance marketers, GSAP and React developers, and copywriters.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within our Noida office.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, meticulously tracking recruitment progress.
• Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and effective job postings.
• Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms to maximize reach.
• Ensure a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage interview scheduling and all candidate communication efficiently.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and competitive market compensation data.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective candidate engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with various job boards, social media channels, and other recruiting platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills for managing candidate pipelines.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
