Mount Talent Consultancy is seeking a versatile IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This hybrid role requires expertise in sourcing and hiring top talent for both technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Recruiting: Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various technical roles including software developers, network engineers, data scientists, and IT support staff. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit for IT positions.
• Non-IT Recruiting: Manage recruitment for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations, and customer support. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
