Reporting to: Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, India
Goodyear is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its talent acquisition strategy for the Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad. This role requires expertise in tech recruiting to attract and hire top talent across software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent collaboration skills with business leaders, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, global setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and facilitate sourcing strategies using diverse methodologies and channels.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, plan resources, and manage talent acquisition demand.
- Conduct talent pipelining activities through effective sourcing channels and media platforms to ensure a continuous candidate flow.
- Post job advertisements using appropriate and creative methods to attract top diverse candidates, aligning with Goodyear's branding and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Create offer analyses aligned with company guidelines, manage offer discussions with candidates, and support pre-onboarding processes in partnership with Country HR representatives/COEs and HR Business Partners.
- Participate in recruitment events and support talent attraction branding initiatives, including University Relations and EVP promotion.
- Maintain hiring reports and provide insights to enhance hiring strategies and propose solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong background in hiring for software development, data science, IT, and related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies, and the skills required for various technical positions.
- Experience hiring for global teams, with the ability to manage cultural nuances and diverse labor market dynamics.
- Experience working in a corporate global capability center or a similar high-growth environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, agility in providing hiring solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve results.
- Proficiency in creating hiring reports and presentations using Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) or other tools like Tableau.
