Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Festo in Bengaluru, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for vital IT positions, driving organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, identify exceptional talent, and cultivate an efficient and engaging recruitment journey. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and attracting top-tier technical professionals will be instrumental to Festo's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, assessments, coordination, and successful closures.
• Partner with hiring managers to define specific job needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and innovative channels.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments to gauge candidate suitability.
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Hire (TAT), pipeline status, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Possess 2 to 7 years of dedicated experience in IT or technical recruitment, with any educational background.
• Demonstrate strong experience hiring for roles in Software Development, Quality Assurance (QA), Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and similar technical fields.
• Exhibit the ability to comprehend and discuss technical skills effectively with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, social hiring techniques, and relevant communities.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
