About This Role

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement T24 product integrations and migrations using deep expertise in T24 core technical components, Java customization, and the IRIS API framework. Ensure high regulatory and compliance standards for banking clients while enabling reliable day-to-day core banking operations within a hybrid office-based work model.

Key Responsibilities

• T24 Integration & Migration: Drive end-to-end product integration activities by analyzing business requirements and translating them into robust technical designs that ensure stable banking operations. Execute migration tasks through detailed planning, data analysis, and coordinated cutover to minimize downtime.
• API Development: Develop services using the IRIS API framework by designing efficient interfaces and implementing reusable components to improve performance across multiple solutions.
• Java Customization: Implement T24 Java extensions and customizations with optimized code adhering to standards, supporting long-term stability and scalability of core banking applications.
• System Optimization: Configure and optimize T24 core technical components by tuning parameters and validating interfaces for smooth interaction between upstream and downstream systems.
• Compliance & Regulatory Analysis: Analyze regulatory requirements, review rule changes, map them to system capabilities, and configure controls to help clients meet supervisory expectations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct integration testing and regression cycles by preparing scenarios and documenting outcomes to guarantee new integrations do not disrupt existing functionalities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams to meet project timelines, quality targets, and client expectations through clear technical inputs.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and integration runbooks that support efficient operational handover.
• Production Monitoring: Monitor production integrations by reviewing logs, tracking KPIs, and proactively resolving incidents to maintain high availability.
• Process Improvement & Audits: Identify workflow improvement opportunities through automation proposals and provide traceable technical evidence for audit reviews.
