About the Team and Your Manager
You will be reporting to Prabhat Thakur, Manager, Worldwide Support. Prabhat leads a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and acting as advocates for our clients. With a strong background in customer support, he emphasizes leveraging customer feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement. The team fosters a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where learning and development are paramount. How We Work
Our team operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office for collaboration and idea sharing, alongside team social events. We utilize organized working shifts to ensure a balanced work-life experience for all members.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with global customers to troubleshoot, debug, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues through live remote sessions.
- Conduct regular customer calls, requiring strong customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with our development teams to identify product defects and opportunities for enhancement.
- Enhance product serviceability by testing new features and developing tools to scale deployments and support infrastructure.
- Analyze the existing customer base to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Influence product direction by providing feedback to the development engineering team based on customer and partner implementation insights.
- Partner with technology providers such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft to resolve issues and drive ecosystem improvements.
- Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide support during weekdays and off-hours on a scheduled rotational basis.
- Act as a customer champion, going above and beyond to ensure customers maximize their investment in the Nutanix platform.
What You Will Bring

- A strong sense of customer obsession, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and empowering customers. Your success is measured by the team's and customers' satisfaction.
- Professional expertise in troubleshooting at least two of the following domains: Virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (preferably Layer 2/3), Linux Systems (preferably CLI administration), DevOps, Cloud, or Enterprise Storage. Experience with break-fix scenarios is essential.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, enabling effective collaboration across global teams and clear conveyance of data and feedback.
- A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
