Your Role
- Troubleshoot, debug, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify product defects and areas for improvement.
- Enhance product serviceability by testing new features and developing tools for scalable deployments and automated support.
- Analyze existing customer deployments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Influence product changes based on customer feedback and partner implementations.
- Partner with technology vendors such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft to resolve issues and drive ecosystem improvements.
- Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases, promoting continuous improvement.
- Provide weekday and off-hours support on a scheduled rotational basis.
- Act as a customer champion, ensuring they maximize their investment in the Nutanix platform.
What You Will Bring

- Professional expertise in troubleshooting at least one of the following: Virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (preferably Layer 2/3), Linux Systems (preferably CLI administration), DevOps, Cloud, or Enterprise Storage.
- A Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- A minimum of 4–7 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
