About the Role
We are seeking a Contract System Engineer to join our Test Solutions Business area. This onsite role in Orlando, FL focuses on supporting automated test equipment (ATE) test stations through comprehensive requirements development, systems architecture design, documentation creation, integration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost/risk analysis, and supportability assessments for total systems across the product lifecycle (concept to disposal).
- Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications using functional analysis, trade studies, and interface definition.
- Create performance specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Integration & Test documentation, and manage obsolescence trade studies.
- Leverage broad experience with COTS-based ATE instruments including Digital MultiMeters, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Supplies, and Loads.
