About the Role
The Systems Engineer will support Electronic Warfare systems development through modeling, design, integration, testing, fielding, and system support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing requirements, deriving and allocating specifications to engineering disciplines, identifying risks and opportunities, participating in trade studies, supporting simulation activities, defining interfaces, presenting findings at reviews, creating test plans, analyzing data for decision-making, executing integration and validation tests, and participating in external field and flight tests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- 2-20+ years of relevant engineering experience.
