Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SNOW and Splunk systems for optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy system solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SNOW and Splunk-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for timely resolution of system-related concerns.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Implement security measures to protect system data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor system capacity and plan for future growth to support business expansion.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on SNOW and Splunk functionalities.
• Participate in project planning and execution for successful system integration and upgrades.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that improve system capabilities.
• Support the development of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong understanding of SNOW and Splunk systems with hands-on implementation and management experience.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills for effective technical challenge resolution.
• Exhibit strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail for system accuracy and reliability.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
