Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Application Support: Analyze incidents, resolve issues for Windows workplace applications (Adobe Acrobat, SAP GUI), and support problem management.
• Technical Ownership & Expertise: Ensure stability and performance of assigned applications; perform root cause analysis.
• Collaboration with the Value Owner: Provide technical input for roadmap decisions on international projects.
• Service Provider Collaboration: Steer external providers to ensure quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Process & Service Optimization: Implement improvements, monitor SLAs, and support reporting initiatives.
• Technology & Innovation Support: Evaluate new technologies and upgrades with partners.
• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain documentation for service desks and end users.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or at least 3 years of professional experience).
• Fluent English (spoken/written).
• Strong application management/IT support delivery skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL framework.
• Experience managing external service providers.
