Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze validation requirements for Dell PowerEdge and AI servers, with a focus on hardware and firmware integration validation.
• Design and implement intelligent test automation leveraging AI and agentic tools to accelerate validation cycles.
• Perform hands-on testing on x86 / ARM based systems, including system configuration, defect identification, reporting, and detailed diagnostics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance test coverage and improve overall product quality.
• Utilize AI to extract insights from design specifications and documentation to drive proactive validation and deliver superior customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential Requirements:
• 2-5 years of industry experience in Servers / Storage Solutions with proven expertise in AI/Agentic frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Haystack, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and OpenAI.
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment and monitoring, a deep understanding of LLM-based automation, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and workflow automation.
• Desirable Requirements:
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of server hardware architecture, firmware components, and validation methodologies.
