Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat using empathy, professionalism, and clear, timely updates throughout the resolution lifecycle.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Execute secondary response on escalated incidents, addressing both single-user issues and complex system-wide impacts while maintaining meticulous documentation in Thrive's tools.
• Environment Analysis: Rapidly analyze unfamiliar client environments (servers, workstations, networks) to determine the most efficient resolution paths.
• Cross-Platform Support: Troubleshoot diverse computing ecosystems across a wide range of business clients with autonomy and expertise.
• Root-Cause Analysis: Perform deep dives into workstation-, server-, and network-level incidents, including high-priority escalations.
• Tool Utilization: Leverage appropriate software utilities and vendor-specific tools for timely incident resolution following standard operating procedures.
• Client Management: Set realistic expectations, provide transparent updates on next steps, and demonstrate the correct urgency levels effectively.
• Clear Communication: Articulate troubleshooting actions and resolutions using language tailored to both technical stakeholders and non-technical clients.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance on applications and infrastructure standards; evaluate client environments for improvement opportunities. Contribute to permanent resolutions through problem management and continuous initiatives.
• Security Proactivity: Review environments against security best practices, identify risks early, and participate in change management activities.
