Systems Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join Whisker's growing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the robust technology infrastructure required for both our distributed teams and business operations to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive technical environments, including Windows/macOS endpoints, physical servers, and SaaS platforms; perform regular patching, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a primary Help Desk resource, delivering timely front-line support to resolve issues efficiently for on-site and remote team members across Mac and PC ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with the Security team to uphold strict compliance standards, manage Active Directory/Group Policies, and maintain system integrity against emerging threats.
• Oversight of physical and virtual infrastructure: provision servers/virtual machines, optimize hardware/software asset lifecycles for visibility/compliance, and implement resilient backup/disaster recovery solutions.
• Partner with multi-site IT teams to strengthen ITIL-based processes, ensuring seamless service delivery across locations.
