Systems Administrator

Talent Software Services is currently seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join their IT Operations team in Cincinnati, OH.

Role Overview

In this full-time onsite position, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive IT infrastructure. Your core duties include installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and hardware components while ensuring peak system performance and adhering to strict security protocols.

Key Requirements

• Mandatory Skills: Proficiency with Apple MacOS environments, implementation of BeyondTrust EPM for Mac solutions, and extensive experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix; familiarity with virtualization technologies; and strong skills in server/network administration tools.
• Automation & Scripting: Ability to utilize scripting languages for automation tasks (such as Bash or PowerShell) is highly valued. Knowledge of APIs is a significant plus.
• Cybersecurity Focus: You must demonstrate an understanding of cybersecurity best practices and possess strong problem-solving skills to diagnose hardware/software issues quickly.
