Systems Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Big-4-style professional-services firm building its India centre. You will partner with Flexiple to manage and secure the IT infrastructure for this new operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary administrator for Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation environments, and backup systems ensuring high uptime.
• Manage Active Directory services, identity governance, and access provisioning protocols.
• Plan and execute critical patching cycles, system upgrades, and capacity management changes.
• Implement and monitor security controls across all server endpoints to maintain compliance with internal policies and client audits.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for regulatory and client-specific audit requirements.
• Owning disaster-recovery procedures: design backup strategies and conduct regular failover testing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with 3 to 7 years of experience administering enterprise servers. You must possess strong hands-on expertise with Windows Server or Linux administration, alongside working knowledge of Active Directory, virtualisation technologies, and backup/disaster recovery practices.
