As a Systems Administrator I at NISC Atlanta GA, you will maintain, support, and enhance our critical enterprise systems and infrastructure while troubleshooting technical issues to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade applications, servers, and associated systems for optimal performance.
• Build, deploy, configure, install, and update internal systems to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot operating system issues across Windows and Linux environments.
• Address complex technical support requests outside standard scope.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve application errors.
• Monitor security access, user authentication, and DNS records.
• Create automation scripts to streamline operational activities.
• Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies.
