System Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system software essential for secure SW stack operations, including system initialization, configuration management, observability, and monitoring.
• Develop the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) and necessary device drivers.

Required Skills

• Excellent C/C++ programming skills with prior experience in system software development.
• Solid understanding of kernel and user space, including related security aspects.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux kernel internals and IPC/System V.
• Experience in trusted firmware, secure boot, boot loaders, and Root of Trust (RoT).
• Hands-on experience with cryptographic co-processors (e.g., CMRT).
• Proficiency in developing software using POSIX libraries, multi-threading, semaphores, and process management.
• Experience with Linux memory management, NUMA, and Linux High Availability.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with JTAG and hardware/software debugging tools.
• Experience Level: 8-11 years

Good to Have

• Experience writing Linux device drivers.
• Experience with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with FPGAs and QEMU.
• Experience in ARM Cortex-3 and bare-metal driver development.
