System Requirement Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a System Requirement Engineer with over 5 years of experience in requirement management tools like Codebeamer, DOORS, ReqSuite® RM, Atlassian JIRA, and Enterprise Architect.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Analyze specifications, requirements, and use cases within the automotive domain (ECU's, ADAS/Telematics, Connectivity, Body, Chassis/FOTA, Electrification).
• Demonstrate expertise in configuration management activities including branching, merging/baseline generation, and key matrices.
• Participate actively in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and manage Change Requests (CR).
• Show strong knowledge of SW Component allocation and Architect roles using next-gen tools for data modeling and prototyping.
• Mastery of Automotive communication protocols: CAN, UDS, KWP, DOIP.
• Facilitate effective customer and supplier interactions.
• Leverage programming skills in VB Macro, DXL, and general software development life cycle (SDLC).

Educational Qualifications:

B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics (E/E), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE/IIE), Computer Science (CSE), etc.

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
