About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to manage our diverse fleet of over 500 devices including Macs, iOS/Android endpoints, Chromebooks, and Amazon WorkSpaces. You will be responsible for automating device management using Jamf Cloud (MDM/DDM/VPP), configuring smart groups and policies, and managing Apple Platform SSO with Okta Device Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Endpoint Fleet: Manage and automate 500+ Macs, iOS/Android devices, Chromebooks, and Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Administer Jamf Cloud: Oversee MDM, DDM, VPP configurations, smart groups, policies, scripts, packaging, and ADE deployment.
• Support Identity & Access: Implement Apple Platform SSO and Okta Device Trust for both managed and BYOD environments.
• Manage Google Endpoints: Automate management for BYOD Android and Chromebooks via Google Endpoint Management.
• Improve Patch Workflows: Enhance patching strategies for macOS/iOS/Android, utilizing rings, compliance targets, and reporting tools.
• Deploy Security Controls: Deploy security agents, certificates, and network profiles; conduct regular device health audits and inventory checks.
• Implement SOC 2 Controls: Document and implement endpoint controls aligned with SOC 2 standards to provide necessary audit evidence.
• Build Windows Management: Establish robust management for Amazon WorkSpaces including image creation, baselines, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain Documentation:Create comprehensive runbooks and user documentation for all supported endpoint systems.

Required Experience: 3+ years of MDM experience with expertise in macOS, iOS, Android environments using Jamf Pro/Cloud.
