System Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated L2 Support Engineer / System Engineer to deliver application support for systems built on Java and Spring Boot. You will ensure production stability through incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise-level Java/Spring Boot applications
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve critical production incidents and service requests efficiently
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues and implement long-term preventive measures
• Monitor application health by leveraging dashboards, logs, alerts, and performance metrics
• Support seamless deployment activities across SIT, UAT, and Production environments
• Collaborate closely with L3/Development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and feature releases
• Troubleshoot complex API-related issues including REST services and system integrations
• Validate code fixes and support release management processes to ensure quality delivery
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for incidents, known errors, workarounds, and resolutions
• Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely issue resolution
