Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and operational support of backend systems.
• Manage incident response, implement preventative measures, and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Oversee lifecycle management (LCM), vulnerability management, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, processes, and best practices.
• Provide regular operational, incident, and change reports.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineering and Enterprise Architecture (EA) teams to align solutions and strategic initiatives.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in backend system design, development, and support.
• Advanced proficiency in incident management, lifecycle management, and system reliability.
• Strong experience in performance tuning, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
• Proven leadership and team mentoring skills, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication and project/priority management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of cloud technology experience.
2. Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and OpenShift.
3. Familiarity with CaaS onboarding support, Helm Charts, and ISTIO.
4. Solid understanding of Networking IP principles.
5. Knowledge of CNF/VNF onboarding support.
6. Good understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD).
