Key Responsibilities
As a System Engineer in Delhi NCR, you will be entrusted with several critical responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on providing expert end-user support, independently resolving complex system issues. You will actively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our diverse IT infrastructure, which spans across Macbook, Windows, and Linux environments. Furthermore, you will manage change controls, meticulously update documentation, and consistently ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will also involve contributing to capacity planning, conducting thorough root cause analysis for any disruptions, and participating in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
Day-to-Day Tasks
Your daily tasks will include the efficient management of user accounts and system access, utilizing Active Directory and associated tools. You will foster strong collaboration with both vendors and internal teams to expedite the resolution of technical challenges. A key aspect of your role will be performing in-depth performance analysis and engaging in proactive troubleshooting of systems and services to prevent potential issues. Additionally, you will provide essential support for wireless technologies, as well as for robust backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
