System Engineer

We are seeking a System Engineer in Chennai, India, with responsibilities focused on the CSD/DRA node. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for the CSD/DRA node, perform integration, deployment, and upgrades of the CSD/DRA, and travel as required by business needs. Strong consultation skills are essential to drive solutions according to customer requirements. This role requires knowledge of GSM, SS7, SIGTRAN, and DIAMETER protocols, along with working knowledge of CnDRA/SEP/SEPP/SCP/BSF/DRA/DEA CSD nodes. Experience with VNF/CNF deployment, 4G, 5G, IMS, and GSM call flows, including all relevant protocols, is crucial. The candidate will also be involved in implementation, integration, acceptance tests, upgrades, O&M, and troubleshooting of telecommunication products. Proficiency in Diameter, LDAP, Wireshark, Linux, Telco Cloud/Kubernetes/Docker, basic IP domain understanding, and scripting languages like Shell script and PERL is required. A sound understanding of 4G/5G call flows and the ability to diagnose basic software problems related to SDM Nodes are necessary. Working knowledge of UNIX shell scripting (bash, perl), Windows, and UNIX/LINUX operating systems, as well as end-to-end solution design, verification, and deployment experience, is expected. Exposure to VNF/CNF/Openstack/Openshift is a significant advantage. This is a permanent position requiring a Graduation/B.Tech degree with 2 to 5 years of experience.
