Full Job Description
We are seeking a System Engineer to join our Ahmedabad team. This permanent role requires 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT desktop or technical support. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu/Linux, and macOS environments, coupled with proficiency in Wi-Fi and LAN configuration and basic network troubleshooting. Familiarity with Linux commands, system hardware, and ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow is essential. Awareness of firewall concepts, VPN, and endpoint security is advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
