About the Role

Aditi Consulting is seeking a skilled System Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for integrating and managing vendor systems within our supply chain operations, ensuring high data quality and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new supply chain partners, including OEMs, ODMs, Rack Integrators, and VMIs, onto the SC.os platform.
• Build and implement robust EDI and ERP integrations for new vendors.
• Manage and execute partner-side integration testing.
• Drive the go-live process for new feed types, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Develop and refine repeatable onboarding playbooks for efficiency.
• Conduct technical enablement sessions for partners to facilitate smooth integration.
• Own the health, reliability, and continuous improvement of all active vendor integrations.
• Proactively manage feed health across Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipments, and Assets domains.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform SLA miss triage and manage necessary escalations.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of feed health across all integrated partners.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in EDI Protocols, ERP Systems, and Supply Chain Systems Integration.
• Expertise in EDI-830, EDI-204, EDI-856, including transformation and mapping.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and direct ERP-to-ERP integrations.
• Solid understanding of data flows for inventory, manufacturing, shipments, and assets.
• Knowledge of OEM, VMI, RI, and 3PL ecosystems.
• Graduates in relevant technical fields are encouraged to apply.
