Full Job Description
Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Gurugram, India (with required travel to Jaipur twice a month)
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Chennai IT team for dialer setup and SIM configurations.
- Manage system upgrades, apply patches, and ensure security updates are implemented.
- Provide essential user support and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
- Perform regular system backups and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
- Manage Wi-Fi infrastructure and liaise with coworking partners to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose recommendations for system improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel to Jaipur twice a month as needed.
