Swift iOS Developer

As a Swift iOS Developer at Askan Technologies in Puducherry, you will be instrumental in creating and refining high-quality iOS applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and launch new features. A key responsibility will be ensuring the optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications, alongside identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs. You will contribute to maintaining excellent code quality, organization, and automation, and actively explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift and Xcode.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Guarantee application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and software bugs.
• Uphold code quality, organization, and automation standards.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as an iOS developer with a strong portfolio of App Store applications.
• Expertise in Swift and extensive experience with Xcode.
• Solid understanding of core iOS frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting iOS applications to backend services.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to design intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience with offline storage, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notification services.
• Proficiency in code versioning tools, including Git.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with continuous integration practices.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest iOS development trends and technologies.
