Join Accenture's Technology for Operations team as a Senior Analyst in Bengaluru. This role is instrumental in acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations, delivering innovative and secure technologies to help clients build intelligent operating models and drive exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build cutting-edge solutions. The Technology for Operations team focuses on enhancing business operations through technology, including implementing software, automating processes, and managing IT systems. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing data for performance optimization and efficiency gains, aiming to boost productivity and operational effectiveness. Key sub-deals within this area include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. Specifically, you will automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, and leverage Cognitive RPA technologies such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations. You will also be involved in writing code using scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation efforts. This position requires designing automation solution architectures and RPA tool frameworks, creating process flows, writing code, and developing technical documentation to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.

We are seeking candidates with experience in Automation Anywhere, application maintenance automation, and strong client relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will excel in a team environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and have strong analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET (2-3 years) and developing or supporting bots using UiPath is highly desirable. A solid understanding of the RPA lifecycle, RPA documentation (BRD, PDD, SDD, Run Book, etc.), and UiPath issue troubleshooting or RPA support is required. Familiarity with ITIL processes is also important. You will provide day-to-day operational support for Automation Product Issues, including troubleshooting performance, access, and profile issues, as well as general problem-solving. This involves coordinating and monitoring troubleshooting efforts, documenting system events, and recommending and implementing solutions. While knowledge of AA/Blue Prism or other RPA tools is optional, it would be an added advantage. Proficiency in core .NET concepts and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) is essential, along with hands-on experience in Excel Macros. Basic understanding of SQL Server and scripting is also beneficial. You will develop and maintain operating processes and procedures. In this role, you will analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, interacting primarily with peers within Accenture, and potentially with clients and Accenture management. You will work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments. Decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially the work of others. This is an individual contributor role, possibly overseeing small work efforts or teams. Please note that rotational shifts may be required.
