Support Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Support Lead (Senior Middleware Infrastructure Engineer) based in Hyderabad with 12-15 years of experience. This role leads high-level technical solutioning for complex middleware infrastructure systems in hybrid enterprise environments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and support large-scale messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Kafka, Solace, ACE/IIB).
• Create detailed technical specifications and drive solutions to improve platform stability and resilience.
• Manage cloud security, secrets management, SSL certificates, and system upgrades/patches.
• Execute remediation plans using Ansible automation and proactively resolve performance trends.
• Lead daily risk operations, incident triage (outage calls), and compliance initiatives in Linux/Mainframe environments.

Expertise Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ clusters, Kafka Connect, and monitoring tools like IR360/ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Ansible automation, Linux administration, networking, and load balancers (F5/AVI).
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, SSL management, and Agile practices.
