Role Overview

Randstad Digital Americas is recruiting for a Support / Help Desk / Service Desk Technician role based in Tallahassee, FL. This position provides direct technical assistance to internal employees within our full-service IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, security, and access issues for desktops and beyond.
• Leverage various tools to remote in, configure systems, and fix technical glitches efficiently.
• Collaborate with the support team via Microsoft Teams (video preferred), focusing on face-to-face interaction rather than phone-based support.
• Handle a wide range of tasks from basic user support to complex diagnostic work.
