Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical problems effectively via phone, email, or chat across various locations including Kolkata, Vijayawada, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, and Bengaluru.
• Perform diagnostic tests to pinpoint the root causes of customer-reported issues.
• Provide clear technical guidance and assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving their challenges.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to escalate and find solutions for complex technical problems.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions within a CRM system.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of customer training materials and support documentation.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates on issue resolution progress.

Qualifications:

• A robust technical understanding of both hardware and software systems is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective customer engagement.
• Previous experience with CRM and ticketing systems is highly desirable.
