Data Quality Specialist – Senior

Join our dynamic team at EY as an experienced Data Strategy Specialist with a strong background in Supply Chain Domain. We are seeking a professional to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that will significantly enhance supply chain operations and decision-making processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data assessments for clients using various frameworks to support the development of successful data strategies.
• Collaborate closely with IT, supply chain, and other stakeholders to understand data analysis needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop strategies for validating, cleaning, transforming, and monitoring data to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, reliability, and timeliness.
• Define new data capture and standardization requirements.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of key standard reports and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to legal and other compliance standards related to data.
• Maintain comprehensive data documentation.
• Partner with IT, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to guarantee data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data and supply chain management to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of data governance projects, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation review.
• Perform data analysis and manipulation according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic data-driven initiatives.
• Utilize strong SQL, data integration, and data handling skills.
• Leverage exposure to AI Models and Python for data cleaning and standardization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Quality/Cleansing Specialist with a strong foundation in data quality and maturity frameworks.
• Expertise in Data Governance design and implementation.
• Proven experience in Data Strategy roadmap development and adoption, including Business Case development.
• Proficiency in data quality standards, data profiling, data quality assessment, data quality reporting, data cleaning, monitoring and control, and data governance.
• Experience with cloud databases such as Snowflake, Azure, and Databricks.
