Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Technical Program Manager to support Galaxy i Technologies' unnamed client. In this key position, you will act as a primary point of contact for users managing complex supply chain systems, coordinating issue resolution and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct liaison for system users, troubleshooting inquiries and maintaining transparent communication throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to prioritize support tickets, translating complex user needs into actionable details that drive efficiency.
• Led detailed UAT efforts for new features and updates, meticulously documenting issues and managing resolutions against established project timelines.
• Analyze support inquiry data to identify recurring patterns and assess cost data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify manual or time-intensive processes within supply chain operations and implement AI-based solutions to significantly improve efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in systems support, operations analysis, or a related field for 3+ years, including hands-on UAT participation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, approachable style capable of building trust and rapport across all user levels.
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently while connecting the dots between issues, data, and processes to see the bigger picture.
• Ability to navigate complex data systems effectively, tracing information flows to root causes and identifying gaps or inconsistencies with minimal direction.
• Clear communicator proficient in explaining technical concepts using plain language for non-technical audiences.
• Tech-savvy individual comfortable diving into Excel-like tools and familiar with ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools within a professional work setting to enhance productivity.
