Supervisor, Transaction Processing - Bengaluru

Conduent is seeking a dynamic Supervisor for Transaction Processing to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving team performance and ensuring operational excellence within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management: Monitor and drive team performance across core metrics, including, [Specific Metrics to be Added], and quality scores.
• Coaching & Training: Conduct regular coaching and "whisper coaching" sessions to enhance agent communication skills and product knowledge.
• Floor Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for [Types of Issues to be Specified] and technical challenges, providing immediate resolutions to maintain seamless floor operations.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the team's strict adherence to company policies, privacy standards, and attendance requirements. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly [Reports to be Specified] for management review.
• Resource Planning: Effectively manage [Resource Planning Elements to be Specified] and [Further Resource Elements] to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in [Specific Software/Tools for Data Tracking] for data tracking and report presentation.
• Shift Flexibility: Availability to work within a 24/7 operational environment, including night shifts and weekends, is essential.
