NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for its Québec City, QC location. This role is instrumental in overseeing the efficient processing, shipping, receiving, and delivery of orders, alongside comprehensive warehouse management. Responsibilities include establishing operational schedules, leading and managing warehouse staff, and ensuring meticulous inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be adept at supervising daily warehouse employee activities, delegating tasks effectively, and providing essential feedback to management regarding staff performance. A key aspect of the role involves optimizing warehouse space for the most efficient and economical storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. This includes managing order processing, shipment logistics, receiving procedures, and overall warehouse organization. Maintaining the warehouse's location system and ensuring stock accuracy are critical functions. Additionally, the supervisor will organize and manage the daily customer delivery schedule and oversee the customer pickup counter. The position requires physical capability, including standing and walking for up to 8 hours daily, the ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds, and proficiency in using a manual pallet jack. This is a full-time, on-site position.
