Role Overview
Navy Federal Credit Union in Pensacola, FL is seeking a dynamic Summer Associate to join the Loan Boarding & Data Integration team. This role focuses on developing dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics derived from operational data to drive Real Estate Lending business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create executive-ready KPI dashboards using Power BI that provide insight into reporting utilization and loan boarding activity patterns across the organization in Pensacola, FL.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, reduce duplication of effort, and propose improvements for self-service reporting adoption within Real Estate Lending operations.
- Design interactive scorecards tracking processing trends, exception volumes, and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making by business leaders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and finance teams in Florida to translate complex datasets into actionable insights on risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (graduating Dec 2027+) in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. Must possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, basic SQL knowledge, and familiarity with data visualization concepts.
