AuditorsDesk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (Consultant) to join our team in Delhi, India. This on-site, permanent role requires a background in commerce and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include explaining product/service details, pricing, and promotions, troubleshooting technical issues on our online platform, and escalating complex problems as needed. Collaboration with team members is crucial for ensuring consistent, high-quality support. You will maintain detailed customer interaction records in our CRM system, identify opportunities for process improvement, and stay current with product offerings and industry trends. This is an associate-level position for two openings in South Delhi, with an experience requirement of 2 to 3 years.
