Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Data Migration Analyst to support critical Windchill PLM data migration activities within the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is perfect for candidates with basic data handling skills, limited exposure to Windchill LFF/migration tools, and hands-on experience in CSV-to-XML conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, functional analysts, and Windchill SMEs to gather user requirements for data loads.
• Analyze source data (Excel, CSV, legacy exports) from Greater Hyderabad clients for completeness, accuracy, and structure.
• Document clear assumptions, rules, and dependencies for data loading into the Windchill environment.
• Map business attributes specifically to Windchill objects including Parts, Documents, and CAD metadata as applicable.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain file-based load templates for bulk operations.
• Execute rigorous data cleansing and transformation on source files (CSV, Excel) found in local or cloud environments.
• Convert CSV datasets into XML format to facilitate Windchill bulk loading requirements.
• Perform test loads, support migration dry runs, analyze errors, troubleshoot basic issues, and reprocess failed batches.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for mappings, templates, and standard operating procedures relevant to the Greater Hyderabad team.
• Support post-migration validation activities and secure user sign-off.
