Student Relationship Officer

This role is pivotal in fostering positive relationships between ICA Edu Skills and its students. The officer will provide essential guidance and resources to enhance the overall student experience, ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout their educational journey.

• Cultivate and maintain robust connections with current and prospective students within your local region (Kolkata and surrounding areas).
• Offer comprehensive support regarding academic programs, enrollment procedures, and campus amenities.
• Execute strategic outreach initiatives to promote educational offerings and boost student engagement rates in Kolkata.
• Timely resolution of student inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Partner closely with academic staff to address student needs and ensure effective feedback loops.
• Lead organization and participation in events, workshops, and information sessions tailored for the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving admissions growth through proactive business development. This includes generating leads via cold calling, conducting visits to schools, colleges, and education centers across West Bengal and beyond. The role involves arranging seminars and conferences specifically designed to attract high-quality leads for the Kolkata campus.
