Full Job Description
Join EY as a STS Service Provisioning Security Engineer in Noida, UP, India. In this role within the Security Technology Services (STS) group, you will be instrumental in ensuring secure access to systems and information for our global workforce. You'll be part of the STS DLP Engineering Team, focusing on the Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution. Your responsibilities will include the delivery and maintenance of global DLP applications and services.
You will translate business requirements into secure data configurations, specializing in the setup and management of DLP environments across a heterogeneous global landscape. This position demands hands-on expertise in leading data security solutions, with a strong emphasis on DLP. You will also contribute to the development and administration of the Data Access Governance Program and mentor junior analysts.
Key responsibilities include configuring Data Security Solutions like the enterprise Data Loss Prevention System, translating business requirements into secure data capabilities, and overseeing DLP configurations in a global environment. You will interface with internal customers, stakeholders, and support teams including Legal, Data Protection, IT Operations, and Engineering.
Required skills include technical knowledge in Data Protection technologies (DLP, SIEM, SOAR, Data Access Governance, Networking), administration of DLP tools (policy configuration, upgrades, patching), strong communication skills, the ability to independently research and solve technical issues, and a solid understanding of Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance. Experience working in diverse, global, and virtual teams is essential.
Essential functions involve working with vendors, configuring security tools, analyzing alerts with the Monitor & Response team, understanding and following incident response processes, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Translating business requirements into technical controls is a core part of the role.
To qualify, you should have a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, knowledge of security controls such as data classification, data labeling, and data loss prevention, and 3-5 years of experience in DLP Technology support and Event Handling, Information Security concepts (GRC), or supporting Information Security Technology. Excellent English communication skills are required.
