Job Summary

As a Data/Strategy Analyst at AiVantage.Global in Ahmedabad, India, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Preparation

• Gather data from diverse sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance for strategic analysis.
• Clean and preprocess data meticulously to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and missing information.
• Transform raw data into a format that is optimized for in-depth analysis.

Data Analysis

• Utilize a range of statistical techniques to analyze extensive datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights.
• Identify key trends, patterns, and correlations to formulate strategic recommendations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover hidden patterns and relationships that can inform business strategy.

Reporting and Visualization

• Develop and generate clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
• Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
• Ensure the clarity, accuracy, and impact of all visual representations of data.

Data Modeling and Forecasting

• Build and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and business outcomes.
• Validate and refine models based on real-world performance and ongoing feedback.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into effective modeling solutions.

Database Management

• Work proficiently with databases to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently as required for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for database management.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to fully understand business objectives and analytical requirements.
• Communicate complex technical findings and analytical results in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Provide essential support and data-driven insights to other teams reliant on informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL, Python, and R.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts is considered a significant advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in a Data Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or a similar data-centric role is highly preferred.
• A mandatory minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering impactful data-driven insights that have influenced business strategy.
