Storage AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Storage AI Engineer for our Hybrid Cloud team in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role requiring an average of 2 days per week at our HPE office.

Role Overview

You will ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of HPE's next-generation cloud platform (Green Lake) by designing and executing testing strategies for both traditional software features and AI-specific behaviors. You will validate product quality from concept to production alongside data scientists and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate model behavior using LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Detect hallucinations, bias, safety issues, latency, and poor user experiences in AI outputs.
• Build automated test frameworks for regression testing and continuous QA.
• Create evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and error rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release readiness.
