Steward / Sr Order Taker

We are seeking a Steward / Sr Order Taker to join our team. Key responsibilities include maintaining dining areas, welcoming guests, taking and entering orders promptly, serving food and beverages with accuracy, providing excellent customer service while supporting upselling initiatives, managing restocking of service stations, clearing tables efficiently, assisting with opening/closing duties, cleaning dishes and utensils, ensuring hygiene standards, organizing stock supplies, and performing physical tasks requiring stamina.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Age between 18 to 35 years
• Friendly, polite, courteous nature with neat grooming
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina for long hours on feet
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
