Statistical Programmer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Statistical Programmer with extensive experience in clinical and statistical programming, including at least one year of practical R programming. The role involves developing, validating, and maintaining statistical programs to support clinical trial data analysis. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful clinical research within India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain statistical programming deliverables utilizing R and/or SAS.
• Execute data manipulation, analysis, and reporting through R programming.
• Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of outputs through rigorous validation and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, data management, and clinical operations.
• Apply CDISC standards, such as SDTM and ADaM, where applicable.
• Support regulatory submissions by preparing compliant datasets and documentation.
• Optimize and automate workflows using R scripts and reusable functions to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in statistical programming.
• At least 1 year of hands-on R programming experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in statistical programming concepts and data handling techniques.
• Prior experience with clinical trial data and understanding of regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
